Terms of Use

Last updated: August 9, 2026. These terms apply to the TWINKLE website, Launcher and related services.

1. TWINKLE service

TWINKLE provides a game launcher and related infrastructure for projects, servers, content, events, profiles and other functions. Some features may be in testing and may change as the project develops.

2. Account

Users are responsible for securing their accounts and third-party services they connect. Bypassing restrictions, impersonation and unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.

3. DayZ and mods

A legitimate copy of DayZ and a compatible Steam account are required. The Launcher may verify, install and update project modifications and configuration. Third-party games, platforms and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. Rules and security

Use of game servers is subject to the current project rules. Exploiting vulnerabilities, bypassing protections, disrupting services, fraud, referral abuse and actions that harm service stability or other users are prohibited.

5. Store and virtual value

Terms for a specific purchase, digital delivery or virtual balance are shown in the relevant interface. External payment provider terms may also apply to payment processing.

6. Referral program

Referral codes are intended for genuine invitations of new users. Rewards are granted only when the conditions shown by TWINKLE are met. Self-referrals, fake registrations and artificial reward farming may result in reward cancellation or account restrictions.

7. Third-party connections

Social connections use official OAuth/authorization pages of the relevant providers. TWINKLE cannot guarantee continuous availability of third-party platforms and may disable an integration if provider policies or APIs change.

8. Availability and updates

TWINKLE aims for stable operation, but maintenance, updates, network failures and emergencies may temporarily limit access. Launcher updates may be required for compatibility and security.

9. Content and rights

TWINKLE materials, original design and software components are protected by applicable rights. Third-party names and marks are used only to identify compatibility and belong to their respective owners.
